One of the few advantages to having teenagers is that they can normally get themselves ready in the mornings, so I get to just worry about myself … and I’ve been able to get myself dressed for quite some time now.
Anywho, while I am putting on my make-up every weekday morning, I watch The Today Show and I’ve been a loyal watcher for years. I would probably continue to be a loyal watcher … until I heard rumblings that they are “letting go” of Ann Curry. Really? Why?
Some people have blamed her for the decline in ratings, but I really don’t think it has anything to do with her. I think she’s trying. However, I don’t think that everybody on the anchor team is. Lately it just seems like Matt doesn’t want to be there and I find that very crappy of him to act that way, especially since he is making a reported $25 million per year. If somebody paid me $25 million a year to do just about anything, I would show up for work in a clown costume turning cartwheels in the parking lot.
I think I will wait it out to see what happens with Ann and then try out the other morning news shows.
I don’t watch a lot of morning tv why well I have no idea I just don’t…………
