When you find yourself wearing the Badge of Busy with no time to actually enjoy life,
it’s time to Simplify and Declutter.
Simplify …. the process of discovering, streamlining and/or removing people, activities and objects from your life that aren’t necessary for your health, happiness and overall wellbeing.
Declutter … the process of acknowledging, sorting and relocating physical, mental and digital “clutter”.
Simplifying and Decluttering are ongoing processes with no definite end.
It’s a new way of living, looking at life and learning how to truly enjoy moments.
It’s not an easy thing to do at the beginning, but I promise you it is so worth it as you learn to breathe again, take moments to just be and appreciate the people, experiences and things you choose to keep.
